Whether you’re hosting a corporate gathering, milestone celebration, fundraiser, or special occasion, my approach is to document it naturally as it unfolds. I focus on genuine interactions, meaningful connections, and the atmosphere that makes your event unique, so you can stay present while I preserve the moments that matter.
The result is a collection of images that not only showcase your event beautifully, but let you relive the experience long after it’s over.
Event Coverage: $250 an hour
All Day Coverage: $1800 (10% discount)
From candid guest interactions to important presentations and carefully planned details, I document your event with an unobtrusive, attentive approach. Whether it’s a corporate gathering, birthday party, baby or bridal shower, fundraiser, or special celebration, I move through the space naturally, capturing key moments while also noticing the small ones you might otherwise miss — the laughter at a table, a congratulatory handshake, or the reactions during a meaningful toast.
I’ve been a sole proprietor for over four years, along with many years of personal experience behind the camera, which helps me anticipate moments and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments. My goal is to provide a complete visual story of your event so you can focus on hosting and enjoying your guests, knowing everything is being thoughtfully preserved.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Payments: Clients must contact Smiley Photography to make payment for their session or event.
Balance Due: The remaining invoice balance is due on or before the day of the session or event.
Retainers & Payments: The retainer secures your date and is applied toward your total balance.
Client Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your session or event coverage, the retainer is non-refundable.
Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of any payments already made.
48-Hour Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable. If you choose to rebook, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
Rescheduling: Reschedule requests require at least 48 hours notice and are subject to availability. When a session is rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, the original retainer will remain valid and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. The new session date must take place within 30 days of the original date. Requests made with less than 48 hours notice may require a new retainer to secure a new date.
Weather: If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
Weddings & Events: Wedding and event retainers are non-refundable; date changes are subject to availability and may require a new contract or updated pricing.
Approved Refunds: Any approved refunds will have a 10% transaction fee deducted.
